What is the True North Scholarship?
At Bain, we're guided by True North which is our unswerving commitment to do the right thing by our clients, our people, and our communities is the cornerstone to building extraordinary teams.
Part of that commitment is enabling women and those who identify as gender diverse to achieve their full potential at work and in our communities through the True North Scholarship ($20,000, a Bain mentor and a possible Associate Consultant job offer).

Who is eligible?
To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as female or gender diverse, and be:
- A current penultimate year student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (except MBA), due to graduate in 2024.
- Have completed a minimum of one-year full-time equivalent of University study.
- Studying full-time at an Australia or New Zealand based University.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
