The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN is an integral and largest unit of (ECD) Expert Client Delivery. ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in managing background verification (BGV) processes, employee documentation audits, and onboarding compliance by maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and following up on pending actions.
- Coordinate Onboarding Activities: Facilitate new joiner readiness by managing onboarding documentation, organizing employee photographs and other details
- Drive HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare status reports, and ensure timely completion of HR operational processes with high attention to detail.
- Assist in Employee Recognition Programs: Coordinate tenure awards, promotion gifts, and other employee recognition initiatives by partnering with HR Business Partners and Administration teams, while maintaining activity trackers.
- Support Employee Engagement & Communications: Draft organization-wide communications, including work anniversary announcements, new baby celebrations, and festival greetings, contributing to a positive employee experience.
About you
- Duration of the internship is 6 months.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interpersonal & Organizational Excellence: Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering quality results and outcomes.
- Client Service Focus: A strong dedication to providing outstanding client service.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data tracking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly while seeking guidance when necessary.
- Adaptable & Dynamic: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-caliber, and dynamic work environment.
- Relevant Experience: Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
