WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH


You’ll join our global Financial Services (FS) practice, supporting Bain’s work in Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management, and Payments. Our team is deeply committed to advancing how we deliver strategy, transformation, and operational impact in this space, combining industry depth with cutting-edge approaches and cross-sector collaboration.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


You’ll be a key member of the Wealth & Asset Management sector team within Financial Services, supporting the Global Sector Leader to shape and execute our commercial strategy. This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to our growth and client success through intellectual leadership, selling and serving support, and operational excellence.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


As a Practice Manager, you’ll:

  • Guide case teams on proposals, identify relevant sector content, and connect experts to client heads

  • Support proposal development for key accounts and train teams on sector-specific knowledge

  • Propose and develop intellectual property (IP), including complex multi-topic pieces

  • Tailor solution IP for sector relevance and contribute to external sales collateral

  • Support the Sector Leader in planning, engagement, and tracking progress across the sector

  • Help lead and develop a strong, service-oriented practice team


ABOUT YOU


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

  • 6–9 years of relevant experience (with Bachelor’s), or 5–6 years (with MBA/Master’s)

  • Experience in consulting or a wealth & asset management/professional services firm
