Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the firm and lead our global GBS HR team. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners and global Talent Centers of Excellence—including compensation, recruiting, mobility, HR operations, and L&D—you’ll ensure high-impact, consistent people practices across all locations. This role reports to the Vice President of BCN and GBS Talent Management and is based in our GBS network.

As the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll play a key leadership role within our Global Business Services (GBS) team. This position partners closely with senior GBS leadership to shape and drive a cohesive talent strategy across five global hubs—India, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, and Portugal—supporting a dynamic team of 1,000+ professionals across functions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic driver, and culture champion as Bain continues to scale with excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute a unified talent strategy that supports GBS goals and local office needs
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive business planning, organizational design, and talent development
  • Lead HR transformation efforts and build data-driven frameworks to evaluate success
  • Mentor and guide senior leaders within GBS HR and Learning & Development
  • Oversee the design and execution of learning strategies and programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable talent programs and resolve individual employee matters
  • Advance our employee value proposition in partnership with Talent CoEs and firmwide initiatives
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture across all GBS locations
  • Manage leadership development, succession planning, and engagement strategies
  • Identify and manage global compliance risks and ensure alignment with Bain Operating Principles
  • Translate business needs into actionable talent priorities and system enhancements

  • Experience managing global teams and navigating complex, decentralized organizations
  • Strong project management, analytical, and change management skills
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, business-first mindset
