This role plays a pivotal part in shaping Bain’s future talent pipeline. As the Graduate Recruiting Specialist for Associate Consultants (ACs), you’ll drive and deliver Bain Australia’s graduate recruitment campaigns, attracting and securing talented undergraduates and recent graduates from top universities across Australia and New Zealand.
Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative recruiting team, you’ll partner closely with the Recruiting Senior Manager, Recruiting Partner, HR and consulting staff to deliver innovative graduate campaigns to attract exceptional early career talent, including our True North Scholarship for Women and First Nations Scholarship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- In collaboration with the Recruiting leadership team, develop and drive Bain Australia’s AC graduate recruitment strategy, to attract diverse and top talent from Australia & New Zealand universities and recent graduates to meet recruiting targets
- Develop our Australia & New Zealand school relationships and calendar of events, workshops, on campus presentations, webinars and social media marketing
- Drive the annual graduate recruiting campaign managing a high volume of candidates through the end-to-end graduate recruiting process, with the support of the team, ensuring a positive exceptional candidate experience
- Drive diversity initiatives in support of Bain’s overall DEI strategy through the delivery of the True North Scholarship for Women and First Nations Scholarship Programs
- Coordinate interview materials, interviewer trainings and collation of screening shortlisting and interview data.
- Set up & manage interview schedules, select interviewers, run debriefing meetings, determine next step decisions and manage the communication of outcomes to candidates
- Manage the AC graduate celebration events and any off-cycle celebration events. Plan program agenda, manage event logistics, schedule speakers/dinner hosts, assign one-on-one meetings
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in Avature (applicant tracking system), to support data driven hiring decisions
- Collate feedback and review on each recruiting campaign, review feedback, process and make recommendations on process improvement
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in graduate or professional recruitment, with full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in professional or financial services
- At least 3 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience preferable including graduate recruitment experience stakeholder and candidate relationship management
- Experience in event management, recruitment marketing, or program management (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Australian University system is desirable
- Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and database management skills
- Results-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage at all levels
- Collaborative, flexible, team player
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
