Step into an exciting hands-on marketing team at the forefront of driving Bain’s brand and reputation for a critical business unit (practice area). This is your chance to join a world-class marketing team and play a pivotal role in helping execute strategic marketing campaigns for Bain, one of the world’s leading management consulting companies.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
As the Specialist, Practice Marketing, you’ll be working as part of an international team of marketers supporting the practice area, who share your passion for delivering results.
You’ll also be joining a broader, global, high-energy marketing team where collaboration and innovation thrive, and where you’ll work closely with marketing leaders and peers across practice marketing and centers of excellence including editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR and events to deliver high-impact campaigns.
You’ll also collaborate with our practice area leaders, ensuring alignment with key commercial objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with the practice area to execute marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness and consideration for our solutions, in support of the practice’s commercial objectives.
- Develop an understanding of target audiences and find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.
- Use data to develop performance insights, and actively make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform the development and positioning of our expertise and practice offerings, as well as overall marketing approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends as well as marketing trends in order to inform decision-making.
- Execute highly impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
- Assist with the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging a strategic mix of assets, e.g., email, paid media, social media, video, and in-person activations.
- Help create, update, and maintain foundational and campaign marketing assets such as webpages, partner profiles, and related materials.
- Partner with the Events team to help coordinate Bain’s presence at industry conferences as well as execute Bain-hosted client events.
- Support internal promotion and employee advocacy efforts, ensuring alignment and engagement from key practice stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and maintain timelines across campaigns using internal project management tools to ensure smooth execution.
- Measure the success of campaigns through analytics and feedback, presenting actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Play an active role in enabling a culture of continuous learning and development within our team.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing constructive feedback and working hand in hand with colleagues to problem solve.
- Actively embrace the use of new tools, including GenAI, to support and improve overall team efficiency.
- Be a flexible and adaptable team member to support new projects and team needs as they arise.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2-3+ years of direct marketing experience in a professional services/agency environment, ideally with experience in B2B marketing and a proven track record in digital marketing.
- Experience with execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with one or more marketing disciplines e.g., email marketing, content marketing, events, branding, digital campaigns, digital experiences.
- Fluency in English.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders of various seniorities with support from leaders. Complete fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to understand marketing objectives and priorities, as well as content strategies.
- Proactive mindset with an ability to identify and propose new approaches and solutions.
- Ability to interact with external contacts/parties as a knowledgeable Bain marketing representative.
- Client-centric mindset.

- Previous experience working with international teams.
- Desired – undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business.
