You’ll liaise with external immigration providers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and Finance.
You’ll support inbound and outbound mobility processes, coordinating with relevant teams and third-party providers.
You’ll help monitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks, recommend mitigation where needed, and support the annual immigration audit.

You’ll support the HR team in advising employees on employment law and company policy, including parental leave, flexible working requests, and leaves of absence.
You’ll provide support on employee relations matters, including process coordination and case management under guidance.
You’ll help keep the company policy handbook and internal guidance materials up to date, reflecting relevant Employment Law changes and opportunities for improvement.
