WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Digital Marketing Web Team within Bain’s Global Talent Acquisition Marketing center of excellence. This group partners closely with stakeholders across recruiting, marketing, and product to deliver an effective, accurate, and discoverable careers website for all of Bain’s talent populations. In this collaborative and fast-paced team, you’ll blend technical expertise with strategic thinking to help amplify Bain’s global employer brand.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
Based in Bain’s Lisbon Global Business Services office, you’ll play a critical role in executing web strategy and continuous improvement efforts across Bain’s global careers site. Reporting to the Web Manager, you’ll help translate recruiting and brand needs into impactful technical updates that improve discoverability, usability, and performance. You’ll also bring your skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analytics, and web content governance publishing to ensure our site remains best-in-class.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute content updates in the Content Management System (CMS), audits, and page builds as part of broader site maintenance
Configure and validate analytics tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement
Drive SEO and site discoverability improvements by applying keyword, metadata, and indexing best practices
Monitor technical site health—including speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability—and recommend or implement fixes
Support Quality Assurance (QA) testing and collaborate with product and MarTech teams on technical site enhancements
Create and maintain content optimization and analytics playbooks for internal stakeholders
Partner with the Web Leader on content strategy projects and improvements based on data insights
Serve as a subject matter expert on technical SEO, web analytics, and site health
ABOUT YOU
2–3 years of relevant experience in web management, digital marketing, or technical SEO
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting web performance data
Working knowledge of web optimization principles (SEO, indexing, site health)
Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, dashboards)
Basic technical knowledge (e.g., HTML, mobile responsiveness, page speed)
Experience managing updates in a Content Management System (CMS)
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
