YOUR ROLE

The Specialist, Global Corporate Card role supports offices globally in administering Bain's Global Amex corporate card program. Proactively identifies and leads new growth opportunities for the programme working with business stakeholders and leveraging the full suite of payment products available. In this role one will perform big data analytical tasks with high demand of technical and accounting experise. 


Responsibilities:

  • Central Bills Reconciliation 
    • Reconciling consolidated statements based on the supplier and Amex output 
    • Contacting Bainies to adjust data                                     
    • Making sure there is enough line of credit placed with the suppliers to guarantee business continuity       
    • Ensure all supporting teams within the process have all inputs required to ensure effective settlement of the account
  • Corporate cards maintenance 
    • Administration of American Express corporate cards across Bain offices, including setting up new hires to apply for a card, cancellation of cards for leavers, trouble-shooting of issues, analytics around spend levels, types and spending by employees without cards
    • Ongoing support of our global corporate card program, including setting up in new offices/markets
  • Amex and T&E reporting analysis 
    • Monitoring spend on corporate cards and reporting to manager. 
    • Personal spend analysis
    • Detailed reporting required for analysis by leadership
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Requirements:

  • Graduates from top-tier university, preferably with finance or economics background 
  • 2-4 years of working experience  in accounting, analytical or client service position
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with good knowledge od Excel
  • Attention to details and ability to manage projects independently
