Bain & Company's dynamic digital marketing team is seeking an experienced and seasoned marketing pro ready to dive in and execute campaigns alongside a digital strategist. Working primarily with our industry practices, the new Digital Campaigns Specialist will be at the forefront, crafting and executing campaigns that expand our reach, boost awareness, and drive engagement among the industry executives we care about most. We need someone with hands-on expertise in digital tactics like paid social (especially LinkedIn) and search, who's eager to delve into other channels like display, native, partnerships, and more.


The Specialist, Digital Campaigns should have a proven track record of delivering across multiple digital campaigns with a talent for continuous optimization, budgeting/pacing, and generating demand for future initiatives. Principal Accountabilities


Digital Strategic Planning & Execution


  • Execute (both individually and in partnership with others) campaigns across multiple digital channels (with a primary focus on LinkedIn) to raise awareness, generate demand, and build brand recognition among our various industry executive audiences.
  • Own campaign optimizations for your channels, making data-led decisions and deriving actionable insights according to performance goals and overall objectives.
  • Support the lead digital strategist in establishing a vision for an integrated, multi-channel digital strategy to support our key industries and deliver campaigns that continuously demonstrate value and generate demand.
  • Partner with digital team members and global marketing colleagues to define objectives, establish KPIs, and budget plans for multi-channel priority campaigns throughout the year across various industry groups.
  • Dive into our analytics platform to conduct complete post-campaign evaluations and reporting in partnership with our marketing analytics colleagues. Evangelize and share results across various campaigns, training, and bringing key stakeholders alongside the journey with you through examples, case studies, results achieved, success anecdotes, etc.
  • Work with Bain’s Brand Studio to develop and QC digital assets to be used across our various channels, fostering a test and learn mentality to ensure we’re constantly driving towards the most effective, innovative creative for our target audiences and objectives.
  • Ensure proper and consistent UTM strategy is utilized for campaign attribution and measurement (training can be provided).
  • Budget management, owning the billing and invoicing process for industry campaigns across the globe.
  • Run pilots and establish best practices to constantly stay on top of what works well in certain industries.  Familiarize yourself with our project management platform (Trello) and ensure all campaign and project updates are running smoothly and on time.

  • Stay on top of the latest and greatest industry trends relevant to LinkedIn and other paid digital channels and platforms
  • Run an ‘always-testing’ approach, leveraging data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and ensure we’re offering best-in-class, most effective, most innovative solutions to internal clients.
  • Strong interest to learn and grow in areas of SEM, SEO, display – intellectual curiosity is a must!



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required


  • Paid social advertising platforms (particularly LinkedIn)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Paid Search (highly desirable)
  • Ability to generate Excel reports, analyze data and provide insights that drive campaign performance
  • B2B campaign experience
  • Knowledge across various digital channels and nuances between them that may influence ability to drive efficacy
  • Deep understanding of project management tools with the ability to juggle a high campaign workload
  • Outstanding organization, project management and communication skills 
  • Able to influence colleagues and communicate effectively with employees across the organization



Your Experience


  • Hands-on (execution) and management/strategy in paid social media, ideally with some crossover into other digital channels such as search, media and more.
  • LinkedIn expertise (paid)
  • Proven experience in working across multiple campaigns at once, continuously optimizing for best performance at all times
  • Understanding of project management tools and the importance of keeping them updated to ensure cross-functional team collaboration
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
  • Additional coursework in social media and LinkedIn desired
  • Bi-lingual candidate highly desired
