WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join Bain Academy, a global team dedicated to designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences for Bain's priority clients. Working closely with Bain Academy leaders, consultants and client teams, you will help create customized learning programs that build capabilities, accelerate business results and strengthen long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions, supporting both client-facing initiatives and internal team priorities.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and tailoring learning programs that help executives and teams develop critical business capabilities. You will contribute to content development, learning design, program customization, and delivery support while partnering with stakeholders across multiple projects. In addition, you will support proposal development, knowledge management initiatives and the continuous evolution of Bain Academy's learning offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and tailor high-quality learning materials, exercises, case studies, and interactive content for client programs across topics such as strategy, commercial excellence, agile, leadership and transformation.
- Analyze client interviews, surveys and business data to identify key insights and translate them into impactful learning experiences and program agendas.
- Develop practical tools and frameworks that support learning outcomes, capability building and workshop interactivity.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content development, research and program customization.
- Support training delivery logistics, including preparation of materials and occasional on-site coordination for client programs.
- Transform participant feedback and program evaluations into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals by creating tailored materials, case studies, and content inputs.
- Build and maintain repositories of learning content, best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Support internal Bain Academy initiatives related to professional development, marketing, team connectivity and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with global colleagues across multiple projects while helping foster a strong team culture and client-focused mindset.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Education, Communications or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in consulting, learning and development, research, content creation, capability building or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience creating structured, client-ready presentations, learning materials or reports.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with comfort learning and applying new digital tools.
- Interest in AI technologies and willingness to leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and other emerging solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborative, proactive and adaptable team player with a passion for learning, capability building and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with and expectation of working 3 days per week from the office and 2 days remotely.
