About CoroSM
CoroSM brings together Bain’s suite of cloud-based software, advanced analytics, and online capability assessments to power Commercial Excellence for B2B organizations. From opportunity mapping and channel growth to profitability optimization, CoroSM delivers proprietary, tech-enabled solutions that elevate insight quality and accelerate client results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role you’ll get to:
- Lead key workstreams for the Sales Playmaker product, delivering results that exceed client expectations and build strong advocacy
- Collaborate with Bain case teams and client stakeholders to drive measurable impact across marketing and sales KPIs
- Apply deep expertise across marketing domains such as sales play design, persona development, and message architecture
- Lead rigorous analyses and produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology, including GenAI, sales and marketing best practices, and the evolving MarTech/AdTech landscape
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for people who:

- Demonstrates sound business judgment and sharp analytical thinking
Must Haves:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in consulting, technology, or a high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging senior executives
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent Bain externally
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience using GenAI tools (including custom GPT development and refinement)
- Demonstrated strength in data analysis, structured problem solving, and execution
Nice to Have:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, AI, or a related discipline
- Experience with AI-enabled application development
- Familiarity with Bain’s priority industries
- Proven leadership in dynamic, cross-functional environments
