WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting into the Director, Latin America Market (LATAM) Reputation, you’ll join a team of around six marketing professionals located across the region. You’ll lead Market Reputation activities in Mexico, including localized efforts across Conferences & Events, PR & External Communications, Editorial, Digital Marketing and Social Media, Alumni Engagement, Digital Mailings and CRM—alongside office-specific initiatives that strengthen Bain’s brand across Latin America.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Specialist, Market Reputation, you’ll play a central role in bringing Bain’s story to life in Mexico. Working closely with LATAM Market Reputation leadership and local office leadership, you’ll drive integrated marketing efforts that elevate Bain’s presence in the region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In alignment with our firmwide strategy and commercial goals, you’ll focus on increasing awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities in Mexico City and Monterrey. You’ll reinforce Bain’s brand as the premier partner for ambitious business leaders and as the employer of choice for top talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Director of LATAM Market Reputation in developing and executing the marketing strategy for Bain Mexico
- Collaborate with local office heads, marketing partners, and alumni teams to bring integrated plans to life
- Own execution of local Market Reputation activities across the following areas:
– Conferences & Events: Design and execute impactful in-market events
– PR & External Communications: Partner with the global PR team and local agencies to grow Bain’s media presence and support public profiles of Bain leaders
– Editorial: Customize and promote Bain’s intellectual property for the local market using content distribution channels and media partners
– Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage the local Bain.com page, adapt global campaigns, and oversee creation and distribution of localized content
– Alumni Engagement: Develop and implement local alumni segmentation and communications strategy, including event planning and relationship-building
– Digital Mailings & CRM: Localize email content, maintain CRM contacts, and support market-wide communications as needed
– Local Office Priorities: Support client development for local priority accounts and drive internal communications in the Mexico office
- Manage annual marketing planning, budget tracking, and collection of KPIs and market intelligence to inform future activities and improvements
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a dynamic team player with deep B2B marketing experience and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- 5 to 6+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Proven track record of results-driven execution in a similar role
- Expertise in end-to-end marketing program management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to suggest new strategies or improvements
- Client-centric approach and comfort engaging stakeholders across seniority levels
- Ability to represent Bain externally in a polished, professional manner
- Composure under pressure and ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
