WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Provide support for employee processes and programs related to our Associate Consulting, Senior Associate Consulting and second year Consultant staff.

The programs are important pieces of Bain’s employee value proposition, thus a focus on customer service, attention to detail and strong communication is critical in the execution of these programs. Teaming with other HR and PD colleagues will be core to the role.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Responsibilities & Duties

 

Consulting programs support:

  • Manages Atlanta transfer program for inbound and outbound transferees and FEMPS; understands and communicates policies to employees and Staffing, liaises with Global Mobility, coordinates inbound transfer onboarding, affiliation and living arrangements, escalates tricky issues to supervisor and Global Mobility as needed, tracks transfer budget, completes all relevant paperwork and HRIS entry
  • Coordinate transfer housing; Includes liaising with 3rd party vendors and transfer customer, negotiating price, tracking move-out dates and confirming with cutsomer and vendor, dealing with misc. questions and concerns that come up during someone's stay
  • Leads administration of externship process; understands and communicates policies to employees and Staffing, manages all communications/ documentation with employee and Staffing, elevates and collaborates with ERM team, Global Externship Program Managers and Staffing on tricky issues as they arise
  • Oversees departure process for AC2, SAC and C2 classes including sharing polices, conducting exit interviews, calculate and processes relevant departure bonuses and payouts, and coordinating with Shared Service Center on entering data into WorkDay; codify exit interview data on a quarterly basis
  • Mange the offer to return process including offer letter generation, policy clarification, collaboration between schools and AP, manage communication with FEMPs post departure from Bain while on ELOA.   
  • Support compensation review processes and communication of compensation policies to AC2, SAC and C2 classes

 

HR Support:

  • Create and maintain ‘class’ facebooks for AC, SAC and C1 classes
  • Maintains HRIS records with daily approvals in Workday and serve as backup to SSC to enter employee information as requested, including leaves of absence, departures, vacation balances, and transfers
  • Gather data and run reports as requested through Workday
  • Collect work authorization documentation from new hires and processes in e-Verify 
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned or as responsibilities dictate
  • Manages immigration support for AC2, SAC, C2 cohorts
  • Provides support to individuals requesting LOA’s either medical or non-medical leaves
  • Manages tenure reports for senior level administration

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience is required
  • A minimum of 5 years HR professional experience is required
  • Strong customer service, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately; ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail necessary
  • Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint is required; previous HRIS systems experience a bonus

 

 

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION

 

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).

 

Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:

 

- In Georgia, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $72,000 - $86,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level

- Annual discretionary performance bonus

- This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation

- 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
