You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions, external consultants, and vendor partners to create innovative, efficient, and high-performing work environments.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Senior Specialist, Global Real Estate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and operational excellence of corporate real estate projects across APAC. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while partnering with stakeholders across countries, cultures, and time zones. You will also leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness.

Regional & Global Strategic Initiatives

  • Contribute to workplace standards, design guidelines, procurement frameworks, project playbooks, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to promote consistency across Bain’s real estate portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve governance, efficiency, sustainability, and cost effectiveness.

Post-Occupancy & Operational Support

  • Support local offices with post-move activities, warranty management, defect resolution, and occupancy stabilization.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure a seamless workplace experience after project completion.
  • Assist with facilities-related maintenance and operational issues as needed.
