WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Market Reputation team in Australia, working closely with senior business leaders across our Sydney and Melbourne offices. This role collaborates directly with the Asia Pacific Market Reputation Lead and partners with teams in Practice Marketing, Account Marketing, PR, and Bain’s Executive Network to build and activate high-impact marketing strategies.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This role leads the execution of a cohesive market reputation strategy that elevates Bain’s brand, amplifies thought leadership, and deepens engagement with senior clients and the business community in Australia. You’ll coach a small, high-performing team and drive cross-functional marketing initiatives that align with regional growth priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the strategy and execution of Bain Australia’s market reputation initiatives, including events, PR, editorial, and digital
Collaborate with regional leaders to design campaigns that strengthen Bain’s brand and commercial visibility in priority sectors
Shape Bain’s voice in premium media channels and drive engagement with priority accounts and non-executive directors
Coach and develop junior team members while aligning with firmwide marketing objectives
Manage campaign calendars, budget, engagement dashboards, and ongoing performance metrics
Build a strong external presence for Bain through tailored thought leadership, digital content, and executive forums
ABOUT YOU
Must have:
8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or tech-related industries
Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies and managing cross-channel campaigns
3–5 years of experience managing and developing team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders
Ability to operate with high autonomy and strategic influence
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to C-suite audiences
Prior exposure to agency environments or media partnerships
Deep understanding of content marketing and digital engagement strategies
