What you’ll do 

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of the Pyxis Insights Platform and related solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class analytics products that empower businesses to stay ahead in dynamic consumer landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for Pyxis offerings, including custom analytics, subscription services, and generative AI-based solutions
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements through direct feedback, market research, and collaboration with internal teams
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories for engineering and data teams
  • Oversee product development cycles from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product rollout and client adoption
  • Continuously monitor product performance, user engagement, and feedback to drive future enhancements
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive intelligence landscape, AI trends, and evolving market needs


About you

  • 6–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or AI-driven platforms
  • Strong understanding of data products, competitive intelligence, and B2B analytics solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven experience driving product-led growth initiatives, including user onboarding and feature adoption strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging
  • Familiarity with customer activation metrics and lifecycle marketing techniques to optimize user engagement and retention
