The individual will contribute to building reusable capabilities and best practices within the Data Business COE.

What you’ll do

  • Own project delivery across workstreams, managing timelines, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality, zero-defect output.
  • Gather business requirements and process knowledge, and translate them into scalable data models, transformations, and outputs aligned to end-user needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members; help allocate work effectively across resources to maximize team productivity.
  • Drive reusable capability building by creating assets, frameworks, and standards that can be leveraged across teams and service lines.
  • Write and optimize SQL-based transformations and data engineering workflows across platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks; working knowledge of AWS is preferred.
  • Ensure that the data architecture, pipelines, and workflows are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with data warehousing best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver accurate, high-quality data solutions and actionable outputs.
  • Investigate data issues within ETL pipelines, identify root causes, communicate implications to stakeholders, and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare clear technical and process documentation for ongoing maintenance, knowledge transfer, and future reference.
  • Manage communication with onshore teams and stakeholders regarding project progress, data quality, and key insights.
  • Support project planning and resource management, including prioritization, work allocation, and tracking progress across concurrent initiatives.
  • Contribute to scalable product and capability development by ensuring pipelines and data solutions are automated, efficient, and built for repeatable use.

About you

  • 5-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL workstreams. Prior experience leading projects or mentoring team members is preferred.
