WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s Tech Solutions BBS team, a trusted advisor to the business on technology. Our team partners across functions to understand core business processes, provide consultation to solve challenges, and ensure business value is defined, realized, and recognized. We focus on cross-functional challenges and end-to-end processes, delivering a world-class, customer-centric technology experience that underpins Bain’s strategy to out-team, out-innovate, and out-grow as we play for #1.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Analyst, TSG Product Management, you’ll play a critical role in Bain’s global implementation of Salesforce.com. You’ll translate customer needs into an actionable backlog, then partner with Global Commercial Operations, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive change requests and stakeholder engagement (50%)
- Understand key business objectives and product strategy from leadership
- Elicit requirements for enhancements, new functionality, and integrations
- Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to drive actionable insights
- Support stakeholder communication, pilots, and training
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and translate into user stories
Product delivery (40%)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies for this product
- Transform requirements into user stories with technical detail and supporting materials
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to optimize Bain’s experience
- Test, validate, and provide input on work in progress
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support release management activities and communications
Domain knowledge (10%)
- Build and maintain expertise in Bain’s internal processes and external market trends
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role
- Proficient with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Skilled in defining, documenting, and breaking down requirements
- Collaborative thought partner who works well across teams
- Experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud required; certification preferred (Admin, Business Analyst)
- Willingness to travel if needed
U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bain’s best-in-class benefits package.
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
- In Georgia state, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $92,500 - $110,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
- In Illinois, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $101,000 - $121,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
- In Massachusetts, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $127,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
- In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $96,500 - $116,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
Additional compensation may include:
- Annual discretionary performance bonus
- 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, increasing after 3 years and fully vested upon start
