WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Nordic recruiting team, a close-knit and high-performing group of eight colleagues based across Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm. Together, we attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across the Nordics.
You’ll collaborate closely with consulting teams, candidates, universities, and recruiting colleagues across the region to drive recruitment and employer branding initiatives that support Bain’s continued growth.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our Oslo office. In this role, you’ll help attract, engage, and hire top talent for Associate Consultant and internship roles while supporting employer branding activities across the Nordics.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
The position is full-time, with a preferred start date as soon as possible.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for Associate Consultants and interns, including application screening, interview scheduling, interview day coordination, offers, and candidate closing
- Plan and execute employer branding and recruiting events, including candidate outreach, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
- Support local recruiting strategies and activity plans in partnership with consulting teams
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
- Partner with Nordic and local recruiting teams to share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Manage recruiting data, reporting, and budget tracking
- Help ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment, event coordination, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- Flexible, resilient, and proactive, with a positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism
