Description & Requirements

WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As part of the General Management Consulting Recruiting and Onboarding team, you’ll support the hiring and onboarding of Associate Consultants and Consultants into the London office through either our University Hiring or Experienced Hiring channel. The team is dedicated, innovative and really fun!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you'll contribute across the full recruiting lifecycle—learning, coordinating, and delivering with excellence:

  • Develop fluency in our recruiting systems and local processes
  • Support CV screening and develop screening capability over time
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure smooth running of interview days (scheduling, interview packs, catering, etc.)
  • Attend recruiting events and serve as the go-to person on interview days
  • Support post-interview processes, including candidate communications, tracking, and event logistics
  • Manage the recruiting inbox and ensure timely, high-quality candidate interactions
  • Take ownership of select candidate events, including planning, logistics, and materials
  • Help maintain data accuracy in applicant tracking systems
  • Manage the referrals process, including communications and outcome tracking
  • Participate in team-wide efforts like “recruiter commitments” and office meetings

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a people-centric, fast-paced environment. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a demanding environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfort handling confidential information
  • High motivation and a “can-do” attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Standard hours are 9:00 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential—especially during peak recruiting periods, which may include evening events.
