WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Brand Studio team, a dynamic group that combines creativity and technology to deliver innovative solutions for global audiences. This team is responsible for driving operational excellence through seamless execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative technology enhancements.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Brand & Creative Technology Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the Brand Studio’s operational processes. Your leadership will ensure the smooth execution of high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives while enabling creativity and innovation through advanced technology solutions. You will be instrumental in defining, optimizing, and maintaining the team’s brand and technology ecosystem to meet evolving productivity and innovation goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Project Management (50%):
- Lead brand campaigns and creative technology projects through all lifecycle phases—initiation, planning, development, production, and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project workplans, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder roles.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, cross-functional teams, vendors, and Brand Studio stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships to resolve ambiguity, address challenges, and align interests with project objectives and departmental priorities.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate risks and opportunities, and ensure execution against detailed workplans.
- Drive project closure activities, including retrospectives, client surveys, and integrating learnings into team processes for continuous improvement.
Operations and Technology Management (35%):
- Administer and optimize creative tools and systems to enhance project lifecycle efficiency, including workflows, user training, and best practices.
- Stay current on the latest creative and project management tools, including AI developments, and share insights to enhance team performance.
- Regularly review tool usage, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimizations to maximize productivity.
- Maintain accurate project records and propose metric-based improvements to resource management, project execution, and process development.
Resourcing and Vendor Management (10%):
- Manage internal and external resources, aligning team assignments with project needs and mitigating capacity constraints.
- Identify, vet, and onboard vendors for projects requiring specialized skills or additional capacity.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure alignment on specifications, deliverables, and timelines.
Mentorship and People Management (5%):
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and promoting best practices within the Brand Studio team.
ABOUT YOU
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a creative agency or marketing environment, with a focus on project management and creative technology.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and other creative tools with a proven ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing brand governance and software implementations or integrations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legal, operational, and technology requirements for creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI developments and their applications in creative processes.
- Experience leading process development workshops and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- A proven track record of mentoring junior team members and building strong, high-performing teams.
