ABOUT US:

Bain & Company is a global consultancy that helps the world’s most ambitious change makers define the future. Across 61 offices in 39 countries, we work alongside our clients as one team with a shared ambition to achieve extraordinary results, outperform the competition and redefine industries. Since our founding in 1973, we have measured our success by the success of our clients, and we proudly maintain the highest level of client advocacy in the industry.

Bain established its Capability Network in 2004 with the launch of its first hub in New Delhi. Now known as the Bain Capability Network (BCN), the team has expanded across multiple geographies—including a rapidly growing presence in Mexico City. BCN Mexico plays a vital role in supporting Bain's global case teams by delivering high-quality analytics and research across industries. Whether contributing to corporate strategy, private equity due diligence, client development, or Bain’s proprietary intellectual property, BCN Mexico is a key part of how we scale expertise and impact for clients worldwide.

  • Global TMT CoE colleagues, primarily based in India, bringing deep expertise across Hardware, Semiconductors, Telecommunications, Media, and IT Services

  • Cross-functional BCN teams, including advanced analytics, research, and capability specialists

You will operate as a true extension of Bain’s consulting teams—shaping problem-solving approaches, co-developing intellectual property, and delivering insights that directly influence client strategy.

  • Act as a role model and ambassador of Bain’s culture

Strengthen Case Team Partnerships

  • Build trusted relationships with Americas case teams

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and an “at cause” approach to problem-solving
