Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end experience of Practice Consultants and Managers, from onboarding through promotion
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine role archetypes, career paths, and professional development strategies
  • Coach individual team members to support growth, aspirations, and performance
  • Serve as the go-to program manager for onboarding, mentorship, and career support touchpoints
  • Collaborate with training and talent teams to design and deliver role-specific development programs
  • Support hiring processes by coordinating with recruiting and ensuring consistency in job descriptions and leveling
  • Drive engagement and connectivity in local offices by organizing PPK community events
  • Continually assess and evolve our operating model to improve scale, efficiency, and talent outcomes
