You'll work with: 

Specifically, the Associate plays a senior team member role on BCN consulting product cases, managing work streams within a project independently with direction from a Project Leader. As a senior team member, Associates leverage experience and analytical capabilities to drive workflow and manage preliminary team responsibilities. Associates take full responsibility for completing the given work stream and provide useful input on related dimensions. They generate sound hypotheses and proactively help to focus on the most leveraged issues. Associates are typically generalists who work on projects across any geography or industry.

What you'll do:
  • Play a senior team member role on cases, at times leading simple cases fairly independently and at times driving the analysis on more complicated cases with direction from a Project Leader/Manager
  • Manage 1-3 Analysts and take responsibility for sharing appropriate information’s across work streams
  • Take full responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses
  • Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve discrete issues and/or drive consensus
  • Identify the key drivers and generate sound hypotheses to solve our clients' critical issues
  • Find innovative ways to answer critical questions through high quality data research and analysis
  • Hone professional communication skills by delivering impactful insights in a structured manner
  • Example tasks and responsibilities include market & competitor research, survey analytics, online and social media scraping, assessment of brand engagement, target screening, spend cube creation, spend analysis and others
About you:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in fast-paced, international environment. Prior experience in consulting would be additional asset.
  • Understanding of analytics, Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx will be an advantage
  • Proficient English is essential (at least C1 level)
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems methodologically, driving business insights and managing work streams
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proactive approach to learning and personal development
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback
