WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Bain has formalized industry and capability “Practices” that are integral to how Bain wins and delivers results to its clients. Together they form our Product, Practice, and Knowledge ("PPK") team. The role of a Practice is to drive growth for Bain in a particular industry or capability together with offices, and boost Bain’s expertise and commercial excellence.

Practice Consultants play a critical role in Bain’s ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients. The current macro environment has led to a rapid increase in demand for PI solutions, including Procurement, where we work to provide answers on how to reduce 3rd party spend through a total cost of ownership approach and improve the resilience of sourcing through innovative operating models in a rapidly shifting global environment. Procurement is also the first solution within PI to adopt the Operations Service Line (OSL) strategy with its acquisition of a niche consulting firm, Proxima, in a drive to move beyond recommendations and deliver bottom-line results for our clients. This OSL strategy enables a true end-to-end Procurement offering from Bain.
The role will directly report to the Practice Senior Manager of Procurement and involve a close working relationship with the Procurement Knowledge Management (KM) team, the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE), senior leaders of the Procurement and PI Practice, and Proxima (EVPs, SVPs, Board Chairperson).
