JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Nordic Market Reputation team, you will support efforts in strengthening Bain’s reputation in the Nordics. The role will focus on increasing Bain awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities; reinforcing Bain’s perception as the leading consulting partner to business leaders; and employer of choice for the best business talent.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will coordinate marketing programming and campaigns, including local activities for editorial, PR & external comms, digital mailings and CRM, digital marketing and social media, conferences & events. You will also provide ongoing Marketing support to key stakeholders and work collaboratively with global Marketing functions to achieve Bain Marketing’s overarching goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the development and management of marketing, communications and engagement campaigns for Bain in Denmark, Norway and across the Nordics. Own, plan and execute marketing activities across channels.
- PR & External Comms: Together with Global and EMEA PR team and agencies, lead local PR activities to grow and enhance Bain’s presence with general media and premium publications. Develop media strategies and campaigns, create press materials, media outreach and relationship development with media partners, journalists, and PR agencies.
- Events: Plan and execute executive thought-leadership events, including identifying and securing speakers and 3rd party partnerships, conferences & events.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media: Project manage, execute and measure impact of local content and campaigns on all digital media. Create, edit and distribute social media content and tailor global campaigns to local market.
- As key marketing point of contact in Denmark and Norway, provide on-going support to key stakeholders by delivering results, collaborating with other teams, and tracking KPIs and performance to deliver positive outcomes as well as inform strategic planning.
- Be a marketing thought-leader; bring innovation to improve marketing programs, campaigns tools and processes.
ABOUT YOU
Experience
- ~5 years of experience, direct experience B2B marketing and communications/PR in a professional services / agency or client environment preferred. We welcome candidates with a range of experience levels who can demonstrate relevant expertise.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions with track record in creating, managing and evaluating marketing campaigns in one or more disciplines e.g. PR/marketing communications, event management, content marketing, digital engagement.
- Track record of successfully managing marketing projects from ideation to completion including defining scope, setting deadlines, allocating resources, cross functional coordination and communication, reporting and delivering impactful results.
- Demonstrated ability to track and analyse key marketing metrics (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, optimise performance and inform strategic decision making.
- Highly collaborative with a client-centric mindset.
- Experience working with international teams as well as senior internal and external stakeholders, experience in the Danish business community highly preferred.
- Business proficient or fluent in English, written and oral communication skills, fluency in Danish is mandatory.
- This role is based in Copenhagen, we are unable to provide relocation.
Education
- A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, or business. Undergraduate or master’s degree preferred.
