BCN includes Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services teams. BCN Mexico is one of our growing locations, supporting teams across the Americas and beyond.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll lead the Recruiting function for BCN Mexico, overseeing campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.
You’ll build, develop, and lead the local recruiting team, including Recruiting Specialists and Associates, as BCN Mexico continues to grow.
You’ll partner closely with BCN Mexico’s leadership team, business function leaders, hiring managers, and the global BCN Recruiting community. As the senior recruiting lead in Mexico, you’ll advise leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, talent-market conditions, and organizational growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for BCN Mexico across campus and lateral hiring channels
- Help the organization meet its hiring goals while maintaining high standards for quality, speed, and candidate experience
- Develop and deliver the annual recruiting strategy in partnership with BCN Mexico leadership
- Translate workforce plans into sourcing, campus, and lateral recruiting priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop Recruiting Specialists and Associates
- Set team priorities, provide feedback, and strengthen recruiting capability as the team grows
- Advise business function leaders and hiring managers on hiring decisions, talent strategy, market conditions, and candidate availability
- Lead Mexico’s campus strategy, including university selection, stakeholder relationships, employer-branding activities, and diversity-focused programs
- Develop lateral hiring strategies for priority and senior roles, including market mapping, sourcing partnerships, and candidate-closing approaches
- Strengthen BCN Mexico’s employer brand through alumni, referral, university, and talent-community initiatives
- Manage relationships with external search firms, sourcing vendors, assessment providers, and university stakeholders
- Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting, including hiring progress, time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, diversity, and cost per hire
- Share recruiting insights with leadership on a regular basis
- Partner with the global BCN Recruiting community to adopt global tools, standards, and best practices
- Represent BCN Mexico in cross-location recruiting initiatives
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working, with a focus on candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and team efficiency
- Help provide a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding
ABOUT YOU
- You have eight to ten years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- You hold an MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources, or a related field
- You have led full-cycle recruiting at scale, ideally within consulting, professional services, or a global capability center
- You have experience developing and delivering both campus and lateral recruiting strategies across multiple business functions
- You have experience managing, coaching, and developing recruiters
- You are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to represent Bain and BCN Mexico with senior stakeholders, candidates, and external partners
- You have strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- You can influence senior leaders and act as a trusted adviser on talent matters
- You are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, assessment tools, sourcing methods, and market-intelligence resources
- You use recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights to shape strategy and decisions
- Knowledge of the Mexican talent market, including universities, competitor activity, compensation trends, and diversity considerations, is an advantage
- You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and can develop dashboards and leadership reporting

WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence four days per week at our Polanco office in Mexico City.
