WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor’s list since its founding in 2009.
Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be a core member of Bain’s Global Recruiting team, working closely with our APAC and global recruiting leaders, school teams, client-facing Partners, and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll also build relationships with university Career Management Centers and alumni communities to drive strong recruiting outcomes at our target campuses.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This is a leadership role on the global recruiting team with a focus on driving Bain’s campus recruiting efforts for the Consultant role in the APAC region—most notably, at INSEAD. You’ll lead recruiting programs, manage relationships with high-impact stakeholders, and shape the long-term strategy of our campus recruiting initiatives globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead global campus recruiting programs, with a focus on key APAC schools (e.g., INSEAD), across Consultant, Summer Associate, and other graduate-level roles
  • Execute effective candidate attraction strategies, in partnership with internal teams and alumni networks
  • Represent Bain on campus—develop relationships with top candidates and ensure offices engage with well-informed, Bain-ready recruits
  • Drive diversity and inclusion outcomes by aligning programming with global D&I goals
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including school teams, senior leaders, APAC office leaders, and Global Campus Recruiting leadership
  • Use data and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and continuously improve our approach
  • Manage school team budgets and oversee department recruiting expenses
  • Provide strategic leadership across global and regional campus recruiting projects, including team-wide innovation efforts
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members and a thought partner within the broader global recruiting team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate recruiting operations, candidate experience, and Bain’s employer brand on campus

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years in recruiting or 2+ years of prior consulting experience; 8–10 years of total experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, collaborate across geographies, and influence senior leaders
  • Adept at prioritizing in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team
