WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll support several senior leaders and their teams with a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong virtual working relationships.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Calendar Management

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars

  • Reschedule meetings and travel at short notice

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings

  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate travel with our travel provider

  • Manage visas and travel documentation

  • Support meetings and events using tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Relationship Management

  • Build cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Maintain CRM records accurately and timely

Expenses

  • Process time and expense reports

  • Handle multi-currency and complex expense submissions




ABOUT YOU

You're a positive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, team-first environment. You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative

Must Have:

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • BA or Master’s degree

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Experience in an international or multicultural organization
