WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting senior leaders and their teams. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative and logistical responsibilities, enabling smooth day-to-day operations while building trusted, effective virtual working relationships across geographies.



WHAT YOU’LL DO

Calendar Management

  • Manage complex, fast-changing calendars for senior stakeholders

  • Proactively reschedule meetings and travel at short notice

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with Bain’s travel provider

  • Manage visa applications and travel documentation

  • Support meetings and events using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Relationship Management

  • Build cooperative, professional relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Maintain CRM records accurately and in a timely manner

Expenses

  • Process time and expense reports end to end

  • Handle complex, multi-currency expense submissions



ABOUT YOU

You’re a positive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable taking initiative while juggling multiple priorities.

Must Have:

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Experience in an international or multicultural organization
