Description & Requirements

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Bain’s Global Business Services (GBS) team in Warsaw, which was established to provide best-in-class internal support to Bain’s leadership and consulting teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. GBS plays a critical role in enabling Bain teams to deliver exceptional results to clients worldwide, operating as One Team – One Bain.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As part of the Bain GBS Academy for Professionals, you’ll begin your journey in an intensive, structured program designed to prepare you for success as a Manager’s Assistant. The Academy starts with four weeks of intensive training, equipping you with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to thrive in an international consulting environment.

This program is open to early-career professionals, students in their final year of studies, and recent graduates who are fully available to work full-time (8 hours per day). It is an ideal opportunity for those looking to start or pivot their career in a global consulting environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to Bain Managers who are primarily based outside Poland. To support your learning curve, your responsibilities will grow progressively—you’ll start by supporting one Manager, with the potential to support up to five over time.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing complex calendars and international travel arrangements using MS Outlook and other internal Bain tools

  • Supporting Managers with internal, non-consulting assignments

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and key contacts

  • Providing logistical and technical support for meetings, workshops, and conferences

  • Conducting online research

  • Processing time and expense submissions accurately and efficiently

ABOUT YOU

You’re motivated, organized, and excited to build a career in a fast-paced, international consulting environment. You bring a service-oriented mindset and a strong desire to learn.

You likely:

  • Are a student in your final year, a recent graduate, or have up to 2–3 years of professional experience

  • Are fully available to work full-time (8 hours per day)

  • Communicate fluently in English, with French and / or German

  • Hold (or are close to completing) a university degree (BA, MA, or international equivalent)

  • Are highly organized and able to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Enjoy working with people and finding practical solutions

  • Learn quickly and bring a strong “can-do” attitude

  • Are comfortable building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders remotely

If you’re looking for a supportive, high-performance workplace guided by Bain’s True North values, we’d love to hear from you.
