The intern on the Digital Marketing Team provides support across web and marketing technology initiatives to help enhance execution and impact.

Responsibilities: 

• Website management and delivery 
  • Updating headshots for recruiting profiles to maintain accurate and professional representation
  • Conducting monthly content audits to maintain relevance and consistency across web pages
  • Making basic website updates to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards
• Marketing technology enablement 
  • Support with tool set up for marketing tools (e.g. Pigeonhole)
• Digital Marketing operations 
  • Preparing and delivering Marketo Analytics reports to support marketing performance insights
  • UTM link creation for campaign tracking 

Requirements: 

• BA or MA Student 
• 0-1 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing field
• Fluency in English (min C1 level)
• Proactive team contributor who can take ownership of tasks with clear guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Exposure to UX/UI principles and how they inform digital experiences
• Comfortable working with basic HTML
