WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Bain Capability Network (BCN), which plays a critical role in supporting Bain’s consulting teams across the globe. This team helps drive insights and research across all industries - whether for client cases, business development efforts, private equity due diligence, or Bain intellectual property. With its diverse and talented team, world-class training, and collaborative environment, the BCN offers a unique launchpad for a global and high-impact career.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You’ll support consulting teams across a wide range of industries and topics, working at the intersection of analytics, research, and strategy. Your work will directly contribute to real-time insights that inform business-critical decisions for Bain clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support various case teams on strategic analysis and research

• Collaborate closely with global consultants to drive high-quality insights

• Contribute to business development and IP initiatives

• Engage in training and development activities, including meetings with Bain GBS leaders

• Participate in integration activities and team-building events

ABOUT YOU

• 3rd year Bachelor or Master’s student

• Available a minimum of 30 hours/week

• Fluent in English

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Passion for data analytics and solving complex problems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Collaborative, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office)
