WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position presents an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to develop business skills in one of the world’s leading consulting firms. A general comfort with computers is necessary; however, more advanced technical skills are not required nor expected. Applicants must be based in Boston, MA, or Washington, DC as this hybrid role requires a combination of in-office and remote work.
As a member of the Portfolio & Program Management team within our Technology Solutions group, this position is primarily responsible for collaborating with and supporting internal software product teams in designing, creating, and deploying Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions. DAP solutions help product teams increase user adoption of their application and improve end-to-end user experience through in-app learning available in the exact moment the user needs it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will become a key member of the Portfolio & Program Management team and develop in-depth technical knowledge of our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), Pendo, which is used to create in-app training content for product teams. Comprehensive training will be provided
- You will partner with software product team stakeholders to deliver digital adoption strategy and solutioning that support their business objectives in a timely manner
- You will measure results of digital adoption content by creating dashboards using DAP Insights
- You will analyze metrics to iterate and improve content to drive optimal outcomes
- You will perform project planning and management, coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines
- You will assist Portfolio & Program Management team with other assignments – exact work will vary based on the project needs
- You will assist other teams as required
ABOUT YOU
- Must be willing work for up to six (6) months starting in January or February of 2025
- Must be willing to work one (1) to two (2) days a week onsite in the office
- Strong organization skills with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is naturally a logical thinker who loves to solve problems

U.S. Compensation Information
- In Washington D.C, the good-faith, reasonable hourly salary range for this temporary role is between $29 - $31 an hour. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
- For all other locations, the good-faith, reasonable hourly salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this temporary role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation:
- Eligible to participate in company 401(k) after 500 hours worked. 4.5% 401(k) company contribution (if you choose to opt in) that is immediately vested
- Eligible for 10 days of paid Sick leave
