WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be a 6 month Co-op in this role.This is an opportunity for a student in a Finance or Accounting program. The role will provide experience in a broad range of finance transactions and systems for an individual who has demonstrated high academic achievement. Working as a member of the Americas Region Finance team, this individual will provide support to the Accounting Operations, Revenue and Financial Planning and Analysis functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze cash receipts from clients, determine application to outstanding receivables and correspond with North America revenue managers to provide collection status updates
- Assist in preparation of use tax returns and account reconciliations as needed
- Assist in preparation of analysis and presentations for management meetings
- Prepare and maintain excel based models to forecast and analyze client expenses and Case Team Event budgets
- Assist in maintenance of client and contract database
- Maintain pipeline tracking system to impact revenue projections and follow up with stakeholders
- Perform projects and other duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline not graduating prior to July 2025.
- Strong record of academic achievement
- Excellent organizational and quantitative skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and an aptitude for PowerPoint
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional, mature manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player, productive working independently or as part of a group
