WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


You’ll play a key role in supporting Bain London’s mobility and immigration programs. As Coordinator, Human Resources – Mobility & Immigration, you’ll contribute to the ownership, management, and continuous improvement of our mobility processes and employee experience.

This role blends operational excellence with strategic support, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders. You’ll be part of a dynamic HR team and will thrive if you’re proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


Immigration

  • Manage visa application processes for new joiners, transfers, and extensions

  • Serve as a contact point for visa-related queries, escalating as needed

  • Help ensure compliance with the UK sponsorship license and immigration regulations

  • Track visa expirations and ensure documentation is audit-ready

  • Conduct right-to-work checks and maintain updated records in Workday

  • Coordinate with staffing and global HR teams on case-required visas

  • Track international travel and coordinate A1 certificates as needed

  • Draft immigration-related letters and assist with resource development

Mobility / Transfers

  • Support the full transfer process including drafting agreements and onboarding coordination

  • Keep internal systems and trackers updated with transfer activity

  • Communicate with stakeholders across HR, Staffing, PD, and third-party vendors

  • Review and code mobility-related invoices accurately

  • Assist with reporting and data maintenance

Additional Activities

  • Keep internal mobility/immigration resources and intranet pages current

  • Support related initiatives and cross-functional HR efforts

  • Identify areas for process improvement and best practice sharing

You bring mobility or HR experience in a professional services setting and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You also offer:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Proven organizational and communication skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database systems

  • Experience with mobility or immigration is strongly preferred
