Bain Capability Network

Bain Capability Network was established in 2004 in New Delhi and now has nodes in India, Warsaw and Mexico. We are an expert client delivery (ECD) team at Bain and Company that collaborates closely with global leadership and clients, offering expertise across various industries and capabilities. We offer three delivery model archetypes- offshore, on-site and hybrid for seamless integration with case teams and practice areas. From developing Intellectual Property to delivering end-client solutions, we house dedicated teams across all industries, including Consumer Products, Retail, FS, Healthcare etc. and specialise in core capabilities such as Private Equity, Pricing, Corporate Finance and Strategy, Data and Insights, etc. 

Reports to: Lead/Manager

The Associate, Research and Data Services, will support the consulting team, practice areas and Research and Data Services colleagues in data gathering, collation, processing and formatting with a strong focus on efficiency. A core part of the role will require transitioning manual processes to fully automated data retrieval and delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Research Support:

1. Conducts basic business research for Bain's internal customers, supporting them in delivering high-quality client results, utilising desktop resources and business tools under close supervision.
2. Develops effective use of local, regional and global general data sources and their applications.
3. Delivers accurate and well-organised research output.
4. Solicits feedback from internal clients on performed research and actively resolves issues

Assest Building:

1. Contributes in asset-building projects including but not limited to database update, knowledge sharing and other RDS projects as applicable
2. supports ongoing maintenance of department assets as assigned
