WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Most Practices are led by a Global Practice Leader (GPL) and three Regional Practice Leaders (RPLs), who are client-facing Partners with partial allocation to these servant-leader roles. The Global Consumer Lab is sponsored by both Consumer Products and Retail GPLs, and is led day-to-day by a dedicated Practice Director and Senior Manager, sometimes with the support of a rotational Practice Consultant(s) and Knowledge Specialist(s) from both Retail or/and CP.
Bain’s Global Consumer Lab is Bain’s centre for insight and foresight. Our role is to develop consumer-rich and compelling content for conversations with clients. As a centre of expertise, we support case teams by challenging assumptions, asking the right questions and utilizing the very best methodologies to evidence consumer behaviours. We elevate all output to ensure the insights translate into action. We conduct consumer closeness research on behalf of our consumer-facing clients (primarily CP and Retail, but increasingly other consumer-facing sectors) and on behalf of Bain to understand what consumers/shoppers are saying, doing and feeling.
Bain’s Global Consumer Lab is a young group at Bain (about 3 years old) and has been gaining great traction and constantly evolving with lots of opportunity and high visibility. We work very closely with partners, managers and client-facing teams to bring Bain’s best experience to bear, and we are integral in helping Bain win new projects and deliver value to our clients. We have a great, inclusive team culture with 100% NPS.
