WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH


You will join our ERP team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end ERP transformation for our priority clients. You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff, working alongside consultants, other tech experts (e.g., Cloud, Architecture), design experts, and software developers, among others. With this uniquely diverse group, you will serve leading companies in every industry, helping them to define and implement S/4 HANA business transformations.



WHAT YOU'LL DO


Mission

  • Implement traditional Lead to Cash processes in S/4, understanding the process end-to-end
  • Drive commercial excellence across the value chain, including sales, order management, and traditional Order to Cash
  • Develop and maintain strong senior client relationships, guiding the latter on business value drivers and challenging their processes


Essential functions

  • Participate in end-to-end transformation projects focused on L2C processes, with exposure to other areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, offering profound knowledge of the application and incorporating an outside-in perspective by applying leading practices
  • Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes
  • Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals
  • Engage in project and program management activities, such as reviewing and maintaining project plans, actions, and risk logs; scheduling and leading project meetings; and documenting and following up on agreed actions
  • Implement focused change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance



ABOUT YOU


Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, software engineering, computer programming, information technology, business informatics, or related fields
  • Preferred: Courses in supply chain management, and operations and management science


Experience

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA
  • 10 years of technology experience, including 8+ years of experience in L2C and ERP transformation programs 
  • Successful track record of managing client relationships
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)


Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Proficiency in understanding ecommerce within a B2B context in Salesforce, along with capability mapping expertise for Order Management Systems (OMS) and S/4
  • Ability to articulate integration of B2B processes with OMS and differentiate it from B2C operations
  • Experience in managing complex client ecosystems 
  • Ability to challenge client on current processes and suggest solutions
