WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of our Global Business Services Center in Warsaw, which delivers best-in-class internal support to Bain’s leadership and consulting teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We’re a highly collaborative, inclusive, and energetic team committed to learning, growing, and achieving results together. This role follows a hybrid model, with regular presence in the Warsaw office required.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You’ll support Bain Partners across the EMEA region, playing a critical role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders—enabling them to focus on client impact, case delivery, and strategic priorities. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ownership, discretion, and proactive communication are essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including:
- Managing complex, ever-changing calendars and aligning priorities with business needs
- Coordinating international travel, including end-to-end logistics, visas, and documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
- Supporting case teams by understanding priorities and ensuring effective coordination
- Preparing and managing materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Overseeing meeting logistics, events, and day-to-day operational support
- Processing expense reports and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
ABOUT YOU
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent in English (C1 level required)
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
