We are continuing to expand and are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

The Associate, Pyxis Custom Analytics, will be primarily responsible for delivering and executing Custom Analytics assignments for Bain teams and external clients. This role is critical to producing high-quality analytics projects and providing post-delivery support to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Principal Accountabilities

10% – Collaborate with Bain team members (e.g., Associate Consultants or Consultants) or external clients to understand their analytical and data needs, perform feasibility tests, and draft a project scope.

50% – Perform required data structuring and analytics, including quality control and benchmarking, to ensure that outputs meet high standards.

20% – Partner with other Pyxis team members on advanced analytics projects requiring more sophisticated techniques.

20% – Deliver final outputs to Bain teams or clients, respond to follow-up questions, and conduct any necessary additional analyses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience working on large data sets
• Excellent client-facing skills, ideally developed in consulting or a similar environment
• Ability to apply technical expertise to derive business insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using large datasets or data models to drive key business insights
• Previous experience in client-facing roles
