The role

We are currently looking for people for the position Professional Development Administrator with Italian language. As Professional Development Administrator in our team you will be based in our Warsaw office and work remotely with tree markets: Italy (Milan and Rome offices), Istanbul and Athens. At this role you will be responsible for interactions with local HR and Staffing teams as well as other departments therefore excellent communication skills are crucial. In this role you will handle Professional Development (PD) process for consulting population to make sure they have opportunities to learn and grow.

We work in a hybrid model and you will be required to work 40% of the working time from the office.


Responsibilities:
* Helping in consulting team managers evaluate their teams performance and help them grow in a
role,
* Supporting consultants in shaping their development opportunities by assessing projects they work
at,
* Ensure data accuracy in HR systems,
* Setting up and evaluating surveys and provide timely summary reports to management in
supported offices.

Requirements:
* Fluent Italian and English (C1),
* At least 2 years of professional experience in HR or administration,
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
* Intermediate Excel skills,
* Experience in working in a dynamic environment,
* Attention to detail,
* Motivated-self starter
