The role:

Based in our Global Business Services (GBS) in Warsaw, the role is to provide high-quality assistance in the Finance department to consulting and non-consulting staff across Bain offices.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Client pipeline maintenance
  • Client contract review and compliance
  • Drafting invoices for clients
  • Updating billing schedules
  • Managing clients’ receivables
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Revenue Accruals
  • Reporting on revenue to practice leaders

Requirements:

  • University degree (BA or Master’s) in Economy, Finance & Accounting, Business, Data Science, Administration, or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a BPO/SSC/GBS environment supporting financial processes
  • Fluent English and French (at least C1 level)
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence to forge strong and successful working relationships sense of service and ability to create additional demand through the quality of delivery
