Who you will work with

In this Fixed Term Contract for 8 months – the Incumbent in this role is expected to support Lateral Hiring efforts for Expert Clients Delivery, Business Services and Business Function at BCN India. 

The Recruiter independently drives talent acquisition efforts, partnering with the Senior Manager – Recruiting to align on priorities and strategy. This role takes ownership of identifying, engaging, and closing qualified candidates across multiple functions.

As an experienced member of the team, the Recruiter acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging data and market knowledge to influence talent decisions and drive recruiting excellence across the organization.


About you

/4-7 years’ experience along with MBA in Human resources from a reputed institute
/Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement
/Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
/Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
/High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
/Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
/Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
/Proficiency in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting.
/Data handling and data analysis skills are preferred.


What you’ll do 

/Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality outcomes.
/Own the development and management of proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality talent.
/Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
/Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting efforts
/Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to continuously improve outcomes
/Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions
/Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving recruiting processes and tools
