WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Global Marketing team, where the Marketing Events Team plays a strategic role in delivering high-impact client engagement experiences. This team partners closely with Practice Marketers and Distribution Teams to execute Bain-hosted events, manage our presence at third-party conferences, and support select Market Reputation events in partnership with local markets.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of global events—both in-person and virtual—designed to engage clients and elevate Bain’s market presence. You’ll be learning directly from a collaborative and experienced team, gaining exposure to the strategy, logistics, and delivery of industry-leading marketing experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Bain-hosted Events
Assist with planning and delivery of Bain-hosted events (virtual and in-person)
Support key aspects of event planning including logistics, budgeting, and venue sourcing
Help prepare event materials, timelines, and branding assets
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution
Gather feedback and track results to support continuous improvement
Third-Party Conferences
Research and gather details on relevant industry conferences
Support logistics for Bain’s participation (registrations, travel, branding materials)
Work with internal teams to support preparation of content and engagement plans
Help track budgets and expenses
Team Contribution
Share new ideas, tools, or trends that could improve the team’s event delivery
Apply Bain’s event standards and best practices to your work
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field)
1–2 years of relevant experience (event support, marketing, project coordination)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel (~20-30%)

Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In Chicago, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($58,000-$69,750)
In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($55,500-$66,750)
In Boston, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($60,750-$73,000)
In Atlanta, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between ($53,000-$63,500)
