WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Coordinator, Market Reputation, you’ll report to the Market Reputation Manager and collaborate with a team of seven marketing professionals across Latin America. You’ll be part of a broader ecosystem focused on strengthening Bain’s visibility and brand in the region across:
- Conferences & Events
- Editorial & Digital Marketing
- Alumni Engagement
- CRM and Digital Mailings
- Local Office Initiatives
Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with consulting partners, global marketing teams, and subject-matter experts to adapt and localize thought leadership content and campaigns.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to elevate Bain’s brand presence in South America through impactful campaigns and experiences. In this role, you will:
- Operate at the intersection of creativity and execution
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns and high-impact events
- Localize global initiatives for regional relevance
- Generate insights that inform commercial and brand strategy
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and take ownership of projects—from concept through execution to impact measurement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead and support the implementation of our annual marketing plan across several key pillars:
Campaigns & Content Localization
- Localize and deploy global and regional marketing campaigns
- Tailor and distribute content in collaboration with Editorial and Brand CoEs
- Draft and maintain email marketing campaigns
- Support account-based marketing in partnership with Practice and Account Marketing CoEs
Event Execution, Stakeholder Engagement & Alumni
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Bain-hosted events
- Serve as key liaison for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support client development and alumni programming
- Develop communications and organize alumni events in coordination with local leaders
CRM & Relationship Management
- Maintain and update CRM to support outreach to key clients and influencers
- Ensure data accuracy and contribute to account mapping efforts
Additional Responsibilities
- Track KPIs to optimize Market Reputation strategy
- Support cross-functional initiatives and team operations
- Provide bandwidth support for ad hoc and high-priority marketing efforts
ABOUT YOU
An undergraduate degree (specialization administration, marketing, others) is required along with 1-3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience is required. Professional services environment preferred
- Broad marketing knowledge and working experience in b2b marketing communications
- Ability to organize and execute distinct projects and / or events
- Ability to align their projects within Market Reputation and create constant transparency about project status to all stakeholders
- Ability to understand marketing objectives, priorities, and strategies – both for the local office and industry practices
- Ability to understand and work with Bain content
- Effective written and oral communication skills (English & Portuguese required, Spanish preferred)
- Client-centric mind set
- Ability to work under pressure
