WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Focus on online and event management in our Marketing & Communications department for the Munich or Zurich location
  • Operational responsibility for online presence and social media
  • Support and further development of our digital communication channels such as the corporate website (Bain.de) and social media presence (especially LinkedIn) in the DACH region
  • Independent organization, execution and follow-up of customer events
  • Internal interface to other departments and the global marketing team
  • Target group-oriented preparation of current specialist topics
  • Management of external and internal service providers and agencies 

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Native German speaker with excellent English speaking skills
  • Completed subject-specific studies (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable environment, preferably in an international company - alternatively corporate communications or agency
  • High digital affinity and passion for websites, social media and design
  • Passion for event management
  • Experience with content management systems, and event tools (e.g. Marketo) desirable
  • Knowledge of graphics an advantage (Photoshop, Canva, video, etc.)
  • Structured approach to work, assertive organizational skills and strong analytical skills
  • Flexibility, commitment, ability to work under pressure and hands-on mentality
