WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times.

Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our Global HR Operations team supporting our Global Research Services (GRS) and Expert Client Delivery (ECD) populations. This team partners closely with HR Business Partners and local HR teams across Bain’s global offices to deliver scalable, high-quality HR support.

Working primarily with colleagues based in Dallas and Warsaw, you’ll collaborate with a distributed global team focused on process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to support Bain’s continued growth and reputation as the best place to work.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Coordinator within the GRS/ECD HR Operations People Movement team, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical HR processes that support more than 4,400 employees globally.

This is a detail-oriented, deadline-driven role where you’ll manage essential HR transactions, ensure data accuracy across systems, and serve as a trusted point of contact for HR Business Partners and employees worldwide. You’ll work independently while collaborating across regions and time zones, helping ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality HR operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll own and execute a range of core HR operational activities, including:

  • Managing Workday transactions for global GRS/ECD staff, including new hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, bonuses, and one-time payments

  • Ensuring data accuracy to meet payroll and reporting deadlines

  • Verifying and tracking HR events (e.g., hires, leaves) in Workday and partnering with stakeholders to maintain accurate records

  • Maintaining alignment between HRIS and payroll compensation data

  • Managing leave tracking, documentation, and audits (compensation, leave, terminations)

  • Coordinating internal transfers, including personal and mutual moves

  • Handling employment verifications and generating reports as needed

  • Serving as a key contact for HRBP queries

  • Identifying patterns, proposing improvements, and contributing to process enhancement initiatives

You’ll regularly use multiple core Bain systems and will quickly build an understanding of how HR processes connect across teams and regions.
