WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join Bain's Global Digital Marketing team, supporting paid digital campaigns across Accounts, Capabilities, Industries, Market Reputation, and Recruiting. Working closely with the Digital Campaigns Project Manager, campaign specialists, analytics partners, and global stakeholders, you will help deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business objectives across key audiences.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational execution of global digital marketing initiatives. You will help coordinate campaign setup, launch, reporting, budgeting, and process management while developing expertise across paid media platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the setup, launch, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate campaign execution activities, including audience builds, asset trafficking, QA reviews, go-live processes, and performance monitoring.
- Assist with the delivery of Account Marketing campaigns targeting priority client audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, spend tracking, vendor invoicing, and finance-related reporting activities.
- Maintain campaign reporting dashboards, benchmarks libraries, and performance documentation.
- Manage UTM tracking documentation and ensure consistent tagging and measurement standards across campaigns.
- Support audience research, market sizing requests, and paid search optimization initiatives, including negative keyword management.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple stakeholders and global teams.
- Contribute to testing, learning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and cross-functional marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Foundational experience with LinkedIn Ads and interest in expanding knowledge across Google Ads, Meta, Demandbase, and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with campaign data, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly learn project management and marketing platforms such as Trello and Kapost.
- Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and continuous-learning mindset.
